The manager told her associate to follow and watch me for theft right in front of me. I ignored it as just another prejudice moment in my life as a native / Chicana. But when I declined the credit card offer 3 times she made me jump through hoops to verify my identity to use 2000 points equal to $145 towards my 300 and some change purchase. Never ever have I had to show government ID. and It was not a large purchase. I handed my phone over with my membership card on it for her to scan my Diamond membership. It’s funny I didn’t have to show government ID to confirm a preapproved credit card, or to use my credit card but I was chosen out of the many customers using points to verify I’m worthy of them. I now have points I’ll never use. I was approached 3 times in the 20 or less minutes I was there asking me if I needed anything. I knew what I wanted and planned to purchase prior to entering the store and was penalized and treated like a criminal for it. Bre short for Breanna I’m assuming destroyed my holiday shopping experience as I attempted a small purchase to kick off my holiday shopping before the holiday shopping frenzy. She belittled me and made me feel small in front of other patrons because I dare to be of tan color in the sunshine state. My husband was embarrassed and made to feel ashamed as he left the store. I did yell out to Bre, Bree, Bri, Breanna, Brianna, etc.. she was an effing liar on the store policy. After seeing the disappointment in my husband. These perfumes and cologne were gifts for his parents who will be joining us for Thanksgiving. They’ve not spent time together for the holidays in over a decade. Also, aggressive and manipulative sales tactics with use of credit is in violation of the Federal Trade Commission. I was refused use of my membership points because I’m brown and declined a credit offer.

Do not shop here. The employees are rude and act as if you are going to steal something. My wife is a Diamond status and was terrible by an employee named Brie, she seemed like she was angry and annoyed when we asked to buy 3 different perfumes. But because everything is locked up we had to ask for help. We spent thousands at this store to be treated this bad. If I could give 0 stars I would.
